Just press the plus on the channel rack and press more plugins and pick Fruity Soundfont Player and then press the folder icon on it and pick the sf2 you want. WebFruity soundfont player has been deprecated. They no longer have the source code for it and cannot update it to be 64-bit compatible. If you have the signature version of FL, you can load soundfonts (SF2, not SFZ) into DirectWave. (The player version of direct wave, included with fruity/producer lacks sf2 import.)

The code was licensed from a third party and nobody at IL has the source code necessary for a 64 bit port now. There's a workaround, involving the 32 bit FL VST with Soundfont Player in Patcher.
