WebAug 14, 2016 · Control Panel -> Display -> Screen Resolution -> found it was set on the "recommended" resolution of 1024 x 768 -> changed it to 1280 x 1024. Once the changed resolution was saved, my browser page snuggled into the size of my 19" monitor. YEA!!! Hope this might be of help to others.
