WebIt’s the private bi key used. If the key was created before 1.12 AND the server had the mod before the update. No issues. If the mod was updated after 1.12 and used the same private key, issues. If a new private bi key is crated and then the old mod is signed with the new key. It all works dandy. With out any mod.cpp needed. To me it looks like a left over file from either a mod or if you have never used a mod an older build of the game.
