WebOverlapping is fine, you just have to know how to use it. Offset all your UV’s that are overlapping by exactly 1 UV tile (image, offset y or c by 1). So basically if you have 4 things stacked offset 3 of them by exactly 1, keep 1 where it’s is. Do this for each island and it’ll bake fine. This is how games do it
